Welcome to Jamie Pope Nutrition prof
I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and have worked in higher education teaching introductory nutrition at Vanderbilt University since 2000. Prior to that time I worked in the areas of weight management, heart disease prevention, and health promotion. I am also the co-author of the textbook Nutrition for a Changing World (Macmillan Learning with Scientific American publishers).
